Overlay of MPI images on anatomical MR images of the cardiovascular system taken in a preclinical study. The combined images are the three orthogonal cross sections showing the blood flow in the left heart chamber and the lung arteries. This picture has been published in the March issue of Physics in Medicine and Biology in 2009 (Volume 54, issue 5).
