Guido JanssenGuido is with Philips Research since 1981. His principal responsibility is to provide high-level mathematical service and consultancy in mathematical analysis. His main competence is in Fourier analysis with emphasis on time-frequency analysis. His current interests include the analytic calculation of optical point spread functions from the Zernike expansion of aberrations. He received prizes for the best contribution to the Mathematical Entertainments column of the Mathematical Intelligencer, and for the Best Paper of the Year in EURASIP's Signal Processing. He is a Fellow of the IEEE.
