Mareike Klee, Research Fellow

Mareike
is with Philips Research since 1984. She has been the
key person in building up the research on electroceramic
thin films and their applications in innovative
microelectronic modules. She has had major contributions
to the development of materials and processes for
passive integration and thin-film transducers for
ultrasound imaging. Her work is highly recognized in the
scientific community, as well as in Philips
Semiconductors and Philips Medical Systems. She is the
first winner of the Eduard Pannenborg Award, for
outstanding research in the area of materials and
devices. |
