Dago is with Philips Research since 1979. He has worked on phosphors for cathode-ray tubes, superconductors with a high critical temperature, thin-film technologies (e.g. deposition by laser ablation) and polymer electronics. For his pioneering work on polymer electronics he was rewarded with the European Discover Award and the Descartes Prize.
